Regulatory Agenda

The Unified Agenda provides information about federal agencies’ regulatory priorities.  The Unified Agenda also lists the regulatory actions that agencies plan to take.

In the Spring 2022 Unified Agenda, the Department of Justice announced that we plan to propose new ADA regulations on the following topics:
