SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGES [as shown in brackets]:

Convert 1 premier strip-view room into an accessible room with roll-in shower, hard-wired for hearing access.
Convert 1 type 3 suite into an accessible type 3 suite with roll-in shower, hard-wired for hearing access.
Convert 1 type 4 suite into an accessible type 4 suite with roll-in shower, hard-wired for hearing access.
Use hearing kits to make existing accessible rooms also hearing accessible.

The Four Seasons reserves the right to revise the distribution of its rooms (e.g. smoking vs. non-smoking, king vs. queen, suites vs. others) though it will ensure rough proportionality in the distribution of accessible rooms as compared to the distribution of non-accessible rooms.

The Four Seasons will offer to upgrade guests with disabilities to an accessible room in a more expensive class of room, if available, at no additional charge if they request a class of room (e.g., Standard room, smoking) which has no accessible room, or has no accessible room with a roll-in shower if that type of room is requested. Guests may always upgrade to another available room at their own expense if the class of room they request has an accessible room or rooms, but the accessible rooms are temporarily sold out.
