Chatham University will comply with the following timetable for completion of the remedial measures set forth in the Settlement Agreement and Attachments A - T.
First Year - December 2008 - December 31, 2009
• Provide accessible parking and an accessible path of travel to the academic complex from the Eddy Theater portion of the Library lot, with a ramp and sidewalk system to allow access to the main academic quad level
• Install an accessible entrance to the Braun-Falk-Coolidge academic complex by providing access through Falk Hall at both the new quad and the old quad sides of the complex.
