As
stated in the Settlement Agreement the following violations were discovered and
documented by the United States in connection with the investigation into Aqua
Turf Club’s ADA compliance. The violations listed in this Appendix A have been
found to have been remedied by the United States. Responsibility for future compliance, in the face of changing
ADA legislation and Standards, rests solely with Aqua Turf.
