These facilities are places of public accommodation; they are operated by Alliance—a private entity—and are facilities that are health care providers, hospitals, or other service establishments, as well as social service center establishments. 42 U.S.C. §§ 12181(7)(F),(K); 28 C.F.R. §§ 36.104(6),(11) (definition of place of public accommodation).

2 Medication Assisted Treatment involves using FDA approved medications along with counseling and behavioral therapies for the treatment of OUD. The medications typically include Opioid Agonist Therapies (OAT) such as methadone or buprenorphine, or naltrexone, which is an opioid antagonist.
