ATTACHMENT G: Program Access Modifications at Emergency Shelters

 

 The Department found the following violations at Fairfax County emergency shelters that are not owned or operated by the County.  Within three months of the effective date of this Agreement, the County will implement and report to the Department its written plan regarding how and when these violations will be remedied so that the shelters are fully accessible to persons with disabilities.

The chart below lists the facilities surveyed, identifies the access issues found at the facility, gives an alphanumeric code for the required remedial action, and specifies a deadline for completion of the action, which begins to run as of the effective date of the Agreement.  The key to the alphanumeric codes is found in Attachment M to this Agreement.
