Please Note: Paragraph 90 of the Settlement Agreement requires that within three months of the effective date of this Agreement, the County will provide signage as necessary to comply with 28 C.F.R. § 35.163(b), after having surveyed all facilities that are the subject of this Agreement for the purpose of identifying those that have multiple entrances not all of which are accessible.

The chart below lists facilities surveyed by the Department which are used by the County as polling places, but not owned by the County.  The Department's survey was limited to the spaces and elements relevant to the facility's use as a polling place.   The chart below lists the access issues, gives an alphanumeric code for the required remedial action (i.e., Req'd Action), and specifies a deadline for completion of the remedial action, which shall begin to run as of the effective date of the Agreement.  The key to the alphanumeric codes is found in Attachment M to this Agreement.
